Thaddeus (Ted) Jaroszewicz is Chief Executive Officer of TAB Products and has served in this role since 2002. Ted is also Chief Executive Officer of Workstream, Inc., who manufactures and sells mailroom furniture and fixtures, and office furniture through its subsidiaries Hamilton Sorter and Maverick Desk. Ted previously served as Cofounder, Managing Director at Morgan Schiff & Co., Inc. in New York, and as an Associate at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. Jonathon is the president of TAB. Since joining TAB in 2010 as a Technology and Operations Director, Jonathon’s roles have evolved in scope, culminating with his appointment as President in 2017. Jonathon’s passion for helping customers find solutions to their business challenges comes from his diverse background and 20 years of experience in technology and business. His leadership positions the organization for success as it retains its traditional product offering, while expanding technology and digital solutions. John Palmer is Chief Operating Officer for TAB. John started his career with TAB in 1981 as Accounting Manager in their Canadian operation. In 1994 John transferred to TAB’s corporate office in Palo Alto, California, where he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer until 1998 returning to TAB in 2003 in the same capacity. Aggie is the Chief Financial Officer of TAB Products Co LLC. She started at TAB in 1999 as a Financial Analyst. In the same year she received her Certified General Accountants (CGA) designation. Aggie has held various finance positions since starting with TAB and in 2015 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Janet Campbell is the Senior Vice-President of Regions at TAB. Since joining TAB as an Account Executive in 1998, Janet’s role has expanded from Branch Manager, to Regional Manager, to her current role as a member of TAB’s executive leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in the document and records management industry, Janet leads a client-focused team that consults with organizations across many sectors to bring solutions that address their specific business needs. Chet Chan is the Senior Vice President of Services for TAB. As part of TAB’s Senior Executive Team, Chet helps clients attain transformative and sustainable results in the area of Information Management through a full range of Records Management as a Service (RMaaS) solutions. Clients benefit from his diverse business background to understand their challenges/opportunities, collaborate on a solution that “fits” their needs, plan/execute the work and attain the successes to support the desired return on investment.
Gregg Darsch holds the position of Sr. Vice-President of Strategic Accounts & Technology. Gregg started his career with TAB in 1994 as an Account Executive with the Boston branch, followed by National Account Manager in 1999. He was promoted to Director of Sales-National Accounts in 2005. In his current role, he manages the overall National Account operations and has led the National Account sales team to revenue growth and focus on National Account development. Ross Nepean is Vice-President of Marketing for TAB. Ross joined TAB as National Marketing Manager in 2000 providing marketing direction for TAB Canada, TAB Europe and Datafile Australia. In 2006, Ross also assumed the responsibility of the US marketing initiatives as well. Charles (Chuck) Stilwill began his career with TAB in 1993. His current role is Senior Vice-President of Energy. Prior to that he served in a variety of sales leadership roles, including National Account manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager at our Dallas branch, regional manager, regional director and VP-Sales. Prior to TAB, he worked as a sales rep for Professional Office Services (POS). Chuck holds a degree in Business from Iowa State University, with a minor in psychology. Keith Weyer is the Vice-President of Operations for TAB. His career at TAB began in 1980 with various positions including Manager of Field Service, Customer Service Manager of our Mobile division, Manager of Mobile Operations, and Director of Wisconsin Operations.
